History and Overview
LPD was established in August 1995 primarily to design and develop various types of life insurance and annuity products for insurance companies and other entities. Since inception, LPD has designed and developed more than fifteen variable life insurance and annuity products targeting corporate and high net worth individual market.
LPD has provided various types of services to more than twenty five clients,
including domestic insurers, offshore insurers, banks, investors in Life Settlements and
distribution systems.
In addition, LPD has assumed various responsibilities relevant to Life Insurance and Life
Settlements for several entities including domestic insurers, foreign insurers, financial
institutions and major distribution systems.
